To help you seamlessly integrate public benefits into your programs, we provide access to Access Benefits Online (ABO) on a subscription basis. This model allows you to integrate the technology in a way that works best with your current work processes.
ABO Subscriptions Include:
- Access to ABO for your staff
- A monthly Performance Snapshot report which summarizes outcomes for your site
- Full Helpdesk support, including phone, email, and ticketing access
Each subscription costs $300 or less per month, per site, plus a modest start-up cost. As a part of this start-up cost, we provides you with training on how to use the tool, and guidance on how to incorporate ABO into your workflows.
Custom Development Projects and Integration
We have a team of developers and operations staff with years of experience developing and implementing custom software for organizations in the non-profit sector. In addition to integration projects, through which benefits eligibility information is seamlessly added to case management systems, state portals and other tools, we can customize ABO to fit your needs and programs.
Other Consulting Services
Organizations need to demonstrate their impact, mine data for insight into the clients they serve, and identify new opportunities. Customized reports and data analysis can be designed for your particular needs. We also provides technical assistance consulting services to ensure that customers effectively use the tool beyond the start-up phase. This support can be helpful in ensuring strong results for continued funding and making the case for sustainability. These services are optional, and can be provided as needed at a standard hourly rate.
